900g Pork Roast
1/3 Cup Mensa Chardonnay Pinot Noir
Pinch of ground Ginger
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Tsp Rosemary
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Pierce pork roast multiple times with a fork and place onto an oven dish.
Pour wine over the roast.
Sprinkle ginger, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper over the roast.
Cover with foil.
Cook until pork is slightly pink in the center, about 1 hour.
Enjoy with vegetables and potatoes.
